Our Investment Advisory Representatives are committed to maintaining Client confidentiality. The following clarifies our privacy practices, which are published for you as a result of this law:
As part of our business practices, we obtain certain “nonpublic personal and financial information” about our Clients, which for ease of reading will be referred to as “information” in this notice. This information includes data we receive from you on applications or other forms, information about your transactions with the adviser, our affiliates or others, and information we may receive from third-party sources.
The Adviser restricts access to the information to authorized parties who need to know this information to provide service and products to Clients.
The Adviser maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that protect Client information.
The Adviser does not disclose this information about current or former Clients to anyone, except as permitted or required by law, or only as authorized by the Client for a specific business purpose.
Although the law permits the Adviser to share this information with affiliates, including insurance companies, and also permits the Adviser to share this information with companies that perform marketing services for Buckeye Wealth, or other financial institutions that have joint marketing agreements with us, information is not provided to outside parties without Client consent, or legal requirement.
